Practice Your Skills – Wall Ball
Each camogie player should aspire to be best they can, equally every coach must try and get the best out of each player. One of the better ways to do this is to improve individual players by focusing on getting super technique; wall practice is a great way to encourage players to take accountability to improve on their own.
It is very important that players are exposed to lots of skill practice. Unfortunately, not all players today , practice outside of collective training. To assist and encourage players to practice individually we have outlined 3 challenges for players to practice against the wall. These challenges are designed in order to help players develop a solid foundation in the basic skills.
All each player needs is their Hurley, a ball , a brick wall and 20 minutes.
We are asking all clubs and coaches to share the infographic (attached) on all social media platforms, and to encourage all players of all ages to practice their skills.
